Hi! My name is Ariel, I am a wife, mother, and owner of Cyber Siren Fitness LLC. Several years ago, before I became a trainer and started this business, I was living a very unhealthy lifestyle, I was very overweight, and felt miserable. I was severely depressed and at the time dealing with the grief of my mother passing away. I reached a point that I knew I had to do something to make a change in my life, I had no idea what I was doing at the time nor did I have a specific goal in mind other than I wanted to be healthy and happy so that I could be there for my family to be the mother and wife they deserve and for myself to be the person I knew I wanted to be. I started out making many mistakes but I still saw amazing progress while learning and growing so much along the way. After 18 months I had lost over 130 lbs and gained an entirely new outlook on life. I was finally happy, motivated, and found my passion for health and fitness which is what inspired me to pursue it as a career and start my own business. I have always enjoyed helping others but I never had my niche until I found my passion so once I found it I knew then that I wanted to help people live healthy fulfilling lives, achieve their goals and break free from what I refer to as the "diet trap". There is so much misinformation coming from sources all over, it is difficult to know what is true and unfortunately, many companies and people profit off of it by pushing fad diets and "magic" diet pills that aren't sustainable while the fitness industry promotes a healthy lifestyle that works but fail to provide the tools to reach a point where that lifestyle is feasible. I remember when I was overweight and it was laughable for me to imagine myself exercising and dieting like you see most fitness influences do because it was completely opposite to my lifestyle at the time, I would have never imagined myself where I am now. I've seen trainers push those types of plans on their client from the start that would force a drastic lifestyle change because of course, it works if you stick with it but if that isn't your current lifestyle, it is incredibly hard to do which causes you to lose motivation and ultimately end up quitting when you aren't seeing the results quick enough for the amount of effort you're putting in. I understand the process and can provide the tools and knowledge for my clients to achieve that lifestyle in a way that works for them without restrictions which will maintain the motivation that will lead to a new perspective on health and fitness while allowing them to live their life, still eat the things they love without guilt and gain control over their life. With my experience, I am able to genuinely understand and relate to my clients and what they are experiencing which is why I do a thorough evaluation so I can design programs to guarantee success by implementing a process that allows growth and gradual changes of habits that will lead to a healthier lifestyle you will love while getting results every step of the way.
